What do I do when I have to claim?

Contact the outlet where you originally purchased your ResMed S9 device and arrange a time to take it to the outlet along with this warranty card with tax invoice attached.
The outlet will send the device to ResMed where it will be checked and any manufacturing defect will be repaired.
The device will be returned to the outlet who will contact you when it is ready for collection.
